About This Beach
Features a massive sand dune that visitors can climb for panoramic views of the Pacific and the distinctive Haystack Rock (different from the one at Cannon Beach). The area’s sandstone cliffs create dramatic formations and tide pools. A popular surfing destination with the added attraction of dory boats launching directly from the beach.
